We are seeking skilled Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure the highest level of product quality through the development and execution of both exploratory and automated tests.
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities. Your expertise will contribute to identifying, documenting, tracking, and resolving quality issues and defects within our defect-tracking system.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of RS/FS and technical design documents, providing timely and valuable feedback.
- Create detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs.
- Perform comprehensive regression testing to ensure product stability.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
- Proven working experience in the software development industry.
- Strong background in software quality assurance.
- In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on expertise in the white box, black box testing, and regression testing.
- Proficiency in using automated testing tools.
- A solid understanding of SQL and scripting is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.
