We’re seeking a hands-on individual who will collaborate closely with our Lead Automation Engineer to create and execute high-level test strategies. As a key contributor, you’ll help design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation processes that ensure the reliability and performance of complex features.
Key Responsibilities of (SQA) Engineer at Gaditek:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret and integrate data, assisting strategy and innovation consultants in telling compelling stories.
- Participate in requirement reviews, gaining an in-depth understanding of new feature development.
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test cases for both new and existing features.
- Engage closely with the software engineering team to address QA/testing aspects.
- Conduct rigorous platform testing to identify and rectify interface flaws.
- Enhance testing procedures to optimize testing analysis and user experience.
- Contribute actively to quality projects, emphasizing the automation of test cases during feature deployment.
- Take an active role in agile meetings with product management and development teams.
- Collaborate on gathering requirements, crafting testing solutions, and resolving issues to deliver a top-notch product.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and issues to internal teams.
- Develop, document, and maintain detailed test cases and validation reports.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of practical work experience in a related role.
- Proficient execution of essential duties, with a strong grasp of required knowledge and skills.
- Possession of a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
