• Designing, coding, integrating, and debugging applications to ensure their smooth functionality.
• Enforcing adherence to industry standards and best practices, such as conducting source code control and code reviews.
• Conduct performance tuning, usability testing, and automation to enhance application performance and user experience.
• Mentoring and supporting fellow technical staff, offering support, and leading efforts to overcome technical challenges.
• Maintain regular communication with the project manager, provide progress updates, identify risks, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• The preferred qualification is Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with at least 1-2 years of expertise in Node.js/React.js.
• Proficiency in a range of engineering tools, applications, and programming languages.
• Solid understanding of both relational and non-relational databases.
• Effective communication skills to engage with end users/clients, managers, and developers.
